Where are your products sourced from?

Most of our products are harvested directly from our estate in Los Angeles or sourced from a global network of small-scale farmers who prioritize regenerative organic practices.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy for apothecary and food items?

Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns on food, honey, or opened apothecary items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our concierge team immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during transit.

Are your candles and fragrances natural?

Yes, we use 100% vegetable wax and essential oils. Our scents are derived from real plants and flowers, free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and phthalates.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, but once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes.
